Responsibilities
- Install and configure Microsoft AVD solutions and related technologies.
- Participate in client meetings to address security, vulnerabilities and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and propose improvements where relevant.
- Support good practices in package creation, scripting, deployment and compliance checks.
- Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders and technical specialists.
- Analyze complex problems and propose robust, sustainable solutions.
- Produce useful technical analysis for operational teams and business areas.
- Apply project-management methods and tools when required.
- Monitor developments in the M365 ecosystem and relevant industry trends.
Essential requirements
- Strong systems-administration knowledge on Windows Server platforms.
- Strong technical foundation in Microsoft 365.
- Experience administering and migrating Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Experience administering M365 and scripting with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance good practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
