File sharing
Team folders and individual access, with permissions matched to each role.
UniFi Drive · Cyberprotech
Bring documents and projects together with UniFi NAS storage. We plan access, capacity and backups so your team can work with the data it needs.
From the office to the rack, we size storage for your users, files and future growth.
Team folders and individual access, with permissions matched to each role.
Snapshots let you return to earlier versions within the configured retention period.
Back up to another NAS or compatible cloud services, with schedules and checks on the results.
Monitor drives, available space and events to plan maintenance and growth.
We plan usable capacity after redundancy, retention and recovery objectives. File restore testing forms part of the service.
Official UniFi information ↗FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS
UniFi Drive
Interfaces from 2.5 to 25 Gbps suit different workloads and concurrent users.
UniFi Drive
Redundant supplies or Power Backup connections on compatible models reduce the impact of power supply failures.
UniFi Drive
Combine snapshots and backups to another NAS or cloud with retention suited to your data.
UniFi Drive
A UniFi interface to organise files and monitor local storage.
UniFi Drive
Compatible compact models receive PoE power, simplifying installation in the workspace.
UniFi Drive
Choose drive capacity, redundancy and expansion to match your plans.
UniFi Drive
Compatible models include USB-C for external storage.
UniFi Drive
M.2 NVMe caching on compatible models supports frequently accessed data.
Enterprise NAS provides 25G SFP28; Pro models provide 10G. Performance depends on the whole infrastructure.

Drive bay counts and interface speeds do not represent usable capacity or guaranteed transfer rates. We size drives, RAID, networking and workloads together.
Review data, users, permissions, applications and retention needs.
Choose the NAS, drives, network, power and backup destinations, with room to grow.
Plan a staged transfer, check files and access, and agree a rollback plan.
Monitor capacity, alerts and backups, with restore testing and documentation for your team.
No. RAID supports availability during certain drive failures but does not cover every incident. We plan independent copies, suitable retention and recovery tests.
They provide recovery points for earlier file states. Retention uses storage and needs planning; snapshots kept on the NAS still depend on that device.
UniFi Drive supports destinations including another UNAS, SMB/CIFS servers and compatible cloud services. We validate connectivity, permissions and restoration.
Yes. Shares can be accessed from these systems on the local network or through a VPN. We configure access methods and test them with your team’s computers.
We check compatibility, health and capacity first. Migration includes verified copies before any drive is initialised.
It depends on data volumes and concurrent access. We assess computers, switches and drives together; a fast interface alone does not guarantee that throughput.
No. Redundant supplies and a UPS address different failures. We plan power and controlled shutdown for the equipment and required runtime.
Yes. We inventory data and permissions, plan a staged migration and validate access and recovery before retiring the previous solution.
Tell us what your team stores, shares and needs to recover. We will design storage with room to grow.
